Don - Sub 1:45 Half-Marathon

In January 2025, Don started his journey in long-distance running. After suffering some nasty injuries during his football career, he was ready to get back in action with personal goals and set the ambitious target of a marathon in 9 months.

An initial training block was completed to create a strength base, followed by a progressive running programme that took us across 6 months. The hard work was done and the marathon target was successful - Loch Ness Marathon 2025, 4:14:38.

Heading into 2026 we ramped things up a bit. Now it was time to hit some time-based targets followed by an ultra-marathon. 1/3 targets have been completed so far with a sub 1:45 half-marathon. Next up, Edinburgh Marathon.

Finn - Muscle Gain & Posture Development

Finn joined the team with the hopes to improve his physique going into summer. After some analysis and testing we figured there were minor tweaks we could make to his routine, in order to give him a stronger and fuller appearance.

We took a basic approach to training and prioritised posterior and trunk strength development, whilst continuing to target the rest of the body as a secondary priority.

Within 6 weeks of working together we managed to transform Finn’s figure from a slouched, un-athletic look (left) to a broad and confident appearance (right) by implementing the correct movements.

Darren (right) - First HYROX attempt

With HYROX returning to Scotland, Darren wanted to spice up his training and take on the fast-growing fitness event within his functional fitness-focused training programme. As an on-call firefighter, the HYROX race elements transfer closely into the demands of firefighting.

With 3 months to train, we dug deep in a 12 week training block focusing on building a strong-aerobic base to cope with the difficult stations and running under fatigue.

March came about quickly and race day was fast approaching. Alongside the natural nerves, Darren new the work had been done and this was an opportunity to express himself and enjoy his time in the course.

Darren and friend, Liam, who has a strong connection with the TEN10 group, came home with an exceptional time of 1:15:06.

Nathan - 75 Hard Challenge

Nathan decided to take on the 75 day challenge that was shown to change people’s lives across the internet in 2025. The decision to join the team was down to having third party accountability to complete the challenge with a coach, whilst receiving structure to his week as a busy adult working a high-pressure job and in the process of buying his first property.

Daily challenge details: Follow a diet, two 45-minute workouts, one gallon of water hydration, 10 pages of a non-fiction book, a daily progress picture an strictly no alcohol.

We made sure to prioritise a high protein, moderate carb diet to accommodate the volume of training taking place through the week all whilst reducing our bodyfat and building muscle mass.

Nathan is the first person I have evidently watched complete the 75 day challenge without failing a single checkbox.

75 days of sacrifice, and in return a leaner, more muscular physique.
